The Four Great Questions to Guide any Review
These four questions will help you during any review. Get all involved to answer them separately then discuss them in turn to build an agreed list.
- What was good that we need to keep doing?
- What do we need to stop doing?
- What did we do sometimes that we need to do more often?
- What didn't we do that we should have done?
The questions apply equally to when you win tenders as well as when you lose them. To sales meetings with clients. To important meetings with staff. For end of project reviews, take the lessons learnt and make sure they are in your project kick-off checklist for next time. You do do keep checklists don't you?
